Coach Lisa will videotape your stroke from several angles.
She will conduct a stroke analysis and review the video with you.

Team FASTT coaches are happy to provide individual instruction by
appointment. One private lesson can make a tremendous difference in
understanding and applying good stroke mechanics, overcoming anxiety,
and making you more efficient and faster at your races next season.
