About

Dedicated to the Race

Team FASTT is a non-profit triathlon team in the
Bellevue/Eastside/North Seattle area of Washington State. We offer quality resources and training in swimming, cycling and running for our members. Our athletes range from the beginner to elite triathlete of all ages.

Team FASTT is dedicated to its’ athletes as well as to reaching out into the community ~ offering assistance to those in need.  Each year Team FASTT selects at least one charitable organization in which, with the help of our team members, we provide assistance to the selected organization(s).  Team FASTT has also adopted a road – and is doing its’ part to help keep our roads clean.  Adopt-A-Family through Hopelink as well as food drives for the local food bank have also become  yearly giving projects for the team.

The mission of Team FASTT is to inspire athletes to reach their full potential in the sport of triathlon through the building of friendships and fitness in an environment built on Christian principles. As a team, we are committed to the success of each of our members and want to impact the sport of triathlon in a positive manner. We strive for athletes to attain their personal goals and “run their race”.

As well as being athletes, they are Christian women, wives and mothers, leading healthy lifestyles and passionate about life. Lisa and Kris had
combined aspirations to encourage new and existing athletes to achieve their own dreams and goals in the sport of triathlon. From these dreams, Team FASTT was founded.
