TeamFASTT is a non-profit triathlon team in the Bellevue/Eastside/North Seattle area of Washington State.  We offer quality resources and training in swimming, cycling and running for our members.  Our athletes range from the beginner to elite triathlete of all ages.

The mission of TeamFASTT is to inspire athletes to reach their full potential in the sport of triathlon through the building of friendships and fitness in an environment built on Christian principles.

As a team, we are committed to the success of each of our members and want to impact the sport of triathlon in a positive manner.  We strive for athletes to attain their personal goals and "run their race".

Lisa Worthington and Kris Stolmeier founded Team FASTT in 2006. As well as being athletes, they are Christian women, wives and mothers, leading healthy lifestyles and passionate about life.

Lisa and Kris had combined aspirations to encourage new and existing athletes to achieve their own dreams and goals in the sport of triathlon.

From these dreams, Team FASTT was founded.

Lisa Worthington
is a local girl, growing up in Edmonds.

She has always loved the water and at the age of seven started swimming competitively and continued her swimming career into college, swimming for Central Washington University.

In 1988 Lisa participated in her first triathlon and, over the years, has gone from participant to competitor. She consistently finishes in the top of her age group and top 10 overall.

She also races with a local bike team competing in road races, and time trials. Lisa also has a passion for teaching and has been teaching and coaching swimming for more than 20 years. Lisa is a USA Triathlon Level 1 coach, and USA Cycling Level 3 coach as well as Heart Zones personal trainer and cycling instructor.

When not training, Lisa enjoys being at home with her daughter, son and husband. As a family they enjoy backpacking and skiing.

Kris Stolmeier
is also a local, born and raised in the N Seattle area.

From a young age Kris has loved sports and the outdoors. She began downhill skiing at the age of three, competing and loving the speed. She was also competitive in soccer and now coaches her daughter's team.

Her family also shares her passion for sports. Kris has a son, daughter and husband who support and encourage her adventures.

Kris became involved with triathlon after finishing graduate school and was looking for something else to add to her interests. After her first race, she was hooked. Triathlon is where Kris found her love for cycling (something about the speed) and added road racing to her list of hobbies.

In addition to her hobbies, Kris is employed in the medical field. She is also a USA Triathlon Level 1 coach and USA Cycling Level 3 coach as well as a Heart Zones personal trainer and cycling instructor.
